Dumped by the Alpha, I Became His Uncle's Wife

Every wolf knew my name. But I was just a plaything to Alpha Asher. When he grew tired of me, he tossed me aside like yesterday's trash. He lavished his new love with affection, leaving me broken and alone. I couldn't bear the whispers and pitying looks, so I made up my mind to leave. That's when Alpha Gorge of the Lightning Pack stepped in. He offered me a chance to be his Luna. I didn't hesitate. Alpha Asher, though, went wild when he realized I was gone. He searched day and night, leaving no corner of our world unexplored. One call to my phone, one word from Alpha Gorge on the other end, and he lost it completely. Finally, at a party hosted by his uncle - Alpha Gorge - our paths crossed. His eyes bulged in shock when he saw me. But it was too late. I was now his aunt, the Luna of a lightening pack.

Chapter 1

I'm here, in this dimly lit, opulent office of Alpha Asher.

A concealed door creaked open.

Rows of provocative costumes hung from ornate racks.

Kinky props, from leather restraints to jeweled whips, were artfully arranged on polished shelves, as if they were some kind of twisted art collection.

I look down at myself, clad in this tight - fitting leather outfit that feels like it's been painted onto my skin.

The pants hug my curves in a way that's both sinfully alluring and utterly demeaning. The top is a flimsy excuse for clothing, leaving my chest half - exposed, and the cut is so daring that I can feel the chill in the air on parts of me that should never be seen.

As the sultry, hypnotic music pulses through the air, its rhythm like a siren's call from the depths of hell, I begin to move. My body is stiff at first, but slowly, I start to undulate in a slow, sensuous dance.

It's a strip - tease.

I can see Alpha Asher lounging in a large, ornate chair that's more like a throne. He's watching me with a look of pure, unadulterated amusement.

A cigarette dangles from his lips, and the thin tendrils of smoke curl around his face like serpents.

He picks up a long, thick candle.

The wax, already starting to melt from the heat of the nearby lamp, drips slowly onto the polished wooden table.

With a slow, deliberate movement that's almost torturous in its slowness, he tilts the candle over my exposed chest.

The hot wax, like liquid fire, drips onto my skin, and I let out a sharp, involuntary cry of pain. "It hurts!"

He leans forward and grabs me by the neck.

His fingers dig into my soft flesh, leaving behind angry red marks, and he pulls me towards him with such force that I stumble. His lips crash onto mine in a rough, possessive kiss.

"Suck it," he growls.

He then pushes my head down forcefully, pressing me beneath his body.

And then, a few moments later, he lets out a deep, satisfied moan.

There's a sudden, sharp knock at the door.

His eyes still clouded with pleasure and a hint of annoyance at the interruption, he quickly yanks me to the side, as if I'm nothing more than a discarded toy.

He adjusts his clothes with a nonchalant air.

The assistant enters the room. His gaze lingers on me, huddled on the side, my body covered in fresh burns from the wax and the red welts of the whip. A sneer of contempt curls his lips.

Everyone in the Shattered Dreams Pack knew I was once the goddess - like figure, as pure and innocent as the full moon. I used to blush at the mere thought of talking to a man.

But now, I've become the talk of the town - a so - called "slut", a plaything that Alpha Asher can discard at a moment's notice.

All because of a single sentence from him: "I'm bored with innocence. Give me something new."

He bends down, snatches a piece of cloth from the side, and hurls it at me. "Get out!"

Staggering out of that hellish place, I make my way home.

The streets are a blur of lights and shadows, and the cold, damp air seeps into my bones. I'm so lost in my own misery that I almost don't hear my phone ring.

"Eight years. I'm done playing," Alpha Asher's voice cuts through the silence, . "Let's break up."

Before I can even begin to wrap my head around the magnitude of his callous declaration, another voice crackles over the line, a guttural, menacing growl that sends a jolt of pure terror coursing through my veins. "Your dad owes five million in gambling debts. If he doesn't pay up, we're gonna chop off his hand."

"No! Please, I don't have the money right now," I plead. "Give me a month. I'll find a way."

"Don't think we don't know you're Alpha Asher's woman. And you don't have any money? Been getting played for all these years for free, huh?" A burst of mocking laughter follows.

"One last week, if you can't colle money, collect your dad's dead body."

The cold rain that's been falling all along now feels like knives slashing at my skin. Eight years. Eight long years with Alpha Asher, and he's given me nothing.

I find myself standing on the bank of a river, the dark, churning water below seeming like a beckoning abyss, a final escape from this living hell.

The thought of ending it all, of just taking that one final step, is so tempting. I close my eyes, ready to let go.

"Will you consider being my luna?"

I feel a strong hand grab my arm, pulling me back from the edge.

I look up to see a figure standing over me, an umbrella shielding me from the rain.
