Chapter 1

Macarena se sentía la mujer más afortunada sobre la faz de la tierra, extrañaría a sus padres y su hermano menor Diego, no tenía duda de ello, pero su futuro dependía de ella, miles de veces sus padres se lo habían dicho, los grandes esfuerzos traen grandes recompensas, estudio hasta casi quemar sus ojos, siempre esforzándose por ser la mejor en todo, y lo consiguió, esta hermosa latina de piel bronceada, casi color caramelo, llego a Rusia con una valija y el alma llena de sueños, cuando sus padres supieron que había conseguido ser becada no se sorprendieron, si alguien podía lograr eso era ella, camino segura de sí misma llamando la atención de varias personas, con su metro cincuenta y siete y su cabello chocolate con unas mechas rojas, gritaba adolescente latina por cada poro, destacaba entre tanta gente blanca, alta y de ojos claros, y fue por eso mismo que pronto descubrió que levantaba suspiros y odio por igual, no llevaba ni dos semanas en aquel lugar, pero le pesaba como una eternidad, nadie quería realmente su amistad, algunos la buscaban en plan de conquista, aun siendo reservados como lo son los rusos ella lo podía ver, otros, la gran mayoría, la ignoraban o molestaban, fue así que lo conoció, su primer amor, aquel que parecía ser de telenovela, como las que daban en su país, un Ángel guardián.

— Trata de no mirarme, tus ojos parecen dos cuevas oscuras, como toda tú sudaca. — dijo el joven con prepotencia.

— Soy de centro américa, pero ¿qué podrías saber alguien como tú de geografía? — rebatió de manera mordaz, viéndolo directo a los ojos, para que supiera que no le temía, quiso seguir su camino, pero el joven estaba ardido por su respuesta, en un arrebato la tomo de la trenza que ella llevaba colgada a un lado, un ruso de casi dos metros contra la pequeña Macarena y fue allí donde llego él, como todo un ángel. Como un príncipe de brillante armadura y hermoso rostro.

—Elegiste un mal día para molestar a la latina. — la voz profunda de otro joven se dejó oír, mientras ella trataba de no llorar del dolor que sentía, no le mostraría debilidad a nadie.

De un momento a otro el joven agresor fue a dar al piso, mientras otro estaba sobre él en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, parecía una maquina destinada a golpear, alguien creado para hacer daño, en menos de diez segundo el agresor estaba inconsciente, pero su ángel defensor no se detenía.

— Detente, para ¡lo estas matando! — grito con los ojos llenos de lágrimas al ver la sangre correr por el rosto de su agresor, ella nunca fue partidaria de la violencia, venia de un país violento donde la corrupción y el narcotráfico al igual que los asaltos se habían llevado a muchos de sus amigos, como así también a los únicos familiares que tenía, solo le quedaban sus padres y hermano.

— Cuando despierte le avisan que le debe la vida a la latina. — dijo el joven que también era rubio, muy alto y como todos en aquel país de ojos claros.

Macarena lo vio con miedo y en shock por lo ocurrido, era alto, metro ochenta seguro, su cabello rizado y casi dorado, estaba un poco revuelto por los golpes que había dado, su rostro blanco crema no tenía daño alguno, pero sus manos eran otra cosa y lo supo porque el joven, como si la conociera de toda la vida paso un brazo por arriba de sus pequeños hombros y comenzó a arrastrarla con él, estaba segura de que ese joven no era ruso.

— ¿Quién eres? — pregunto mientras lo miraba con los ojos bien abiertos.

— Tu ángel de la guarda. — respondió con una sonrisa de lado y a ella se le hizo inevitable no reír.

— Estás loco, Dios, mira tus manos. — los nudillos del joven estaban lastimados y de ellos brotaba sangre, pero el desconocido parecía no sentirlo.

— No es nada, ya estoy acostumbrado. — eso tendría que, a verla alterado, o al menos advertirle como era el joven, pero estaba demasiado pérdida oliendo su colonia que la envolvía a cada paso.

— Hablas castellano. — dijo un poco sorprendida, cuando el joven le respondió en su lengua natal, solo podía hablar en castellano cuando llamaba a sus padres.

— Castellano, ruso, italiano, espartano. — fanfarroneo guiñándole un ojo, y dejándola sin palabras, algo raro en ella que hablaba hasta por los codos, o eso le decían sus padres. — Hemos llegado morena hermosa. — Macarena observo a su alrededor solo para descubrir que estaba en frente de su clase, la cual estaba por comenzar.

— ¿Vamos juntos? — se vio obligada a preguntar, quizás era su compañero y ella de estúpida no lo sabía, aunque no lo creía, lo hubiera visto, era imposible no ver a esa mole, una mole muy hermosa.

— Qué más quisiera, no vemos morena. — se despidió el joven dejando un beso en su corinilla y siguiendo su camino por el largo pasillo.

Sintió la mirada de sus compañeros cuando ingreso, pero era algo normal, se preguntaba si en algún momento se acostumbrarían a ver a un latino entre ellos, lo que Macarena no sabía era que la observaban por quien la había acompañado al salón. No presto atención a la clase, quería hacerlo, debía hacerlo, pero no pudo, se maldecía por no haber preguntado el nombre al joven que la salvo de un lio bien grande, o quizás se lo había dicho y ella estaba tan embobada viéndolo que no lo escucho.
