Chapter 1

" This pen can't be ordered unless you go to its company," a man in a black suit said, leaning back in his chair. Warning the two ladies sitting across from him, in his office.

Jenna raised a brow " What is your suggestion? Mr Smith, I need to buy this pen. How difficult is it since I have enough money to buy it?" She scoffed, " I will pay twice the price. What about that?" She then glanced at her best friend, Kelly " Tell me what money can't buy"

Kelly rolled her eyes dramatically " He said it's not about money" Kelly sighed," Money can't give you everything Jenna."

"But I'm rich enough to buy anything," Jenna sighed, frustrated.

"Forget about the money, you're rich because you're surrounded by rich people. I own the K and L fashion brand, Esteban, your friend owns The Bells, and Norman, the best lawyer who will do anything for you. Look at your kids, stinky rich, your daughter is an international model"

Jenna raised a brow " So what? Did I collect money from you guys except for an Estate from Norman, a Lamborghini from my first son, a full wardrobe of the latest clothes from you, a mansion from Esteban..."

" So, tell me where I collect money from you?"

Kelly sighed, everything about Jenna is always difficult. " We've spoiled you, Jenna. Don't think I don't know your ex-husband father-in-law isn't helping you, that's why you think you're feeling like Elon Musk," she pointed at Jenna, who burst into laughter.

Mr Smith looked at Jenna in disbelief, are they not more valuable than money?

Kelly brought out her phone and Googled the pen. Jenna will never rest until she gets the pen. " I wonder why it's difficult to order"

" Not just any pen, it's rare technology, only five produced every year, but this is the only one left" he chuckled. " I'm very sure you don't know what it's used for, and the reason why it's difficult to order; it's because of its dangerous technology. What did you want to use it for?"

" Ohhh, that... one of her weird triplets needs it", Kelly laughed. " Let me guess, the cold CEO boy, Adan"

The man frowned in confusion and looked at Jenna. " Is there something I didn't know?"

" Hahahaa, Dad, you're too busy to know her triplets are psychos, the oldest is a mysterious little boy who is ruling over a company at the age of eight"

" Wow!" He said, very surprised. " How's that even possible?" He knew about the rich triplets, but he barely paid any attention to them.

" Like I said, they're psychopaths"

" Are they really psychopaths?" His daughter jokes a lot, so he found it hard to believe her.

" Not the three, only one" she raised one finger " His name is Adian," Jenna said. She glared at her friend. " People called them that because... they are jealous, what's wrong with kids acting like adults?"

" You see, they're only eight, and you will be suffocated just by staying with them," Kelly exaggerated. " One is as cold as ice, the second is a dangerous Mafia boss. The youngest girl among them is a Queen model."

" Wow, that's impressive, I'm very sure they took after your husband", he teased.

Jenna rolled her eyes. " I've told you, we've divorced, and that's eight years ago; he doesn't even know about my kids' existence" She frowned and gritted her teeth. " Why are you bringing up the bad memory"

" Fine, how are you going to get the pen if you're holding grudges with the CEO"

Jenna froze, " What?" She exchanged looks with Kelly.

" Yes, the pen is produced by the AH Technology company, and Archie Hindley is the CEO," Mr Smith said, and turned his laptop screen to them.

Jenna looked at the screen in daze, he's right, her ex-husband is the owner of AH Technology. So it means she has to face Archie to get the pen?

She wished she would give up on it, but she couldn't. She had promised her son she would get it no matter what. Her son has the money to buy five, but he must register his identity to get it. And that's hard for him, his identity is still unknown to the world. His face is very similar to Archie's.

" Ahhh, how about you tell your handsome friend, Esteban, he rules the entertainment industry and is also a childhood friend of your ex," Kelly suggested.

Jenna raised a brow " I don't like the way you love him, knowing he doesn't love." She laughed. Kelly's face changed.

"He's in Paris with Norman, they're busy on the case of his most talented artist," she added. Esteban's company is one of the top ten; but he's unavailable.

" Still have feelings for that boy? I told you he's dangerous, you deserve a prince, not a mafia," Mr Smith said.

Kelly's face paled. Her love for him was just love at first sight, it started the moment he saw him with Jenna " What about your ex-father-in-law? I heard you're still in touch with him" She smiled. Mr Israel, Jenna's ex-father-in-law, is another powerful person in the business world.

Being surrounded by dangerous and powerful people is a blessing. The four of them, Jenna, Norman, Esteban and Archie are childhood friends.

" Not around" Jenna sighed. " There's no good person between Esteban and Archie. Especially now that he owned a company. Although I didn't encounter many obstacles to get him, he loved me too. But that jerk chose to believe an outsider over me, and I hate that"

" Then what will you do about that?" Mr Smith asked.

" Going there"

Kelly and Mr Smith exchanged looks. Kelly laughed and sniffed dramatically " Ahhh, something fishy is about to happen"

Jenna glared at her " I'm going there to register and get the pen, that's all. Archie has a dangerous dark side as Esteban. Do you think I'm ready to get involved with him?"

" Okay, please make sure you tell me everything when you're back, so I can continue from where I stopped." Kelly giggled.

Jenna frowned, "You're not writing a story about us, are you?"

" Yes, I'm currently writing a story about your love life. I like how you snatched the man you want from his ex-girlfriend..." Jenna quickly covered her mouth and gave Mr Smith a fake smile.

" Ahhh, not that, the thing is...." She retrieved her hand from Kelly's mouth and sighed. She can't believe she has done crazy things to date Archie. " I've been crushing on him ever since he joined our friends' club. He was shy and quiet, so I made an attempt to confess, but then I found out he already had a girlfriend! I was like, What the fuck?!" She burst into laughter.

" He's supposed to be mine, how dare a lady suddenly pop out of nowhere and steal him from me? So I was like, Nah, it's not gonna happen, not even under my nose"

Mr Smith frowned in confusion " Wait, how is the boy yours since you're just his friend?" He wants to know why some ladies do this.

Jenna raised a brow " He knew I loved him and still dared to date someone, I labelled the girl a thief, boyfriend snatcher, I pushed her aside and confessed my feelings for him"

Mr Smith shook his head in disbelief "You're a bad girl, served you right for the divorce"

Jenna laughed " How am I bad? I've been keeping my feelings for years, and I even helped the girl; she knows nothing about how dangerous it is to date Archie. His mother can kill her without any traces if she refuses to break up with him"

" She divorced him, Dad, not him", Kelly defended her Jenna.

Jenna stood and texted her assistant " Arrange a meeting with AH Technology tomorrow"

"Ahh, thanks so much, Mr Smith. I will give you feedback tomorrow. See you later, Kelly. I have a lot to arrange.

" Yes, make sure you dress sexy and show him he's the loser," Kelly said and laughed. Watched Jenna's back till she left, then looked at her father in confusion " What do you think will happen tomorrow?"

" Romance" he replied nonchalantly.

" Not that, I don't know much about Archie, I met Jenna a year after they divorced, but I heard he didn't bother to look for her. Jenna told me she devorced him and disappeared without his knowing"

Mr Smith raised a brow, he ignored her and started typing on his keyboard.

" Dad! You're not working with that scary man, are you?" She scoffed. " I'm weary of Archie's Father. Jenna can register online and go to the company to collect it, she can send anyone to collect the pen, what concerns the CEO with that?"

" Look, I'm just doing what I am instructed to do" he sighed. " You don't know anything about these dangerous men, and yet you fell for one of the? a mafia boss of all people. Must you follow Jenna's footsteps?" He looked at his daughter, confused. Some ladies are afraid of dangerous men, but his daughter is just crazy and blinded by love.

" Not dangerous to me, I even found his dragon tattoos cute"
