Chapter 56

Cyrus and Aria mated and marked each other years ago only to end up separated because of an ugly and evil heart of Cyrus’s father.

So when the pure blood alpha made love with his mate once again after the three years separation, he made sure that he was able to worship every inch of her body.

He made sure that the omega could feel his longing and not just because of the lust and her heat that surrounds them.

He made sure that his omega could feel how he had been waiting for the day that he could finally touch her again.

The fated mates were still panting after they both reached their orgasms.

Cyrus slowly and carefully pulled out from his mate and Aria couldn't help but moan when she felt her alpha's thick cock pulling out from her.

"Nggll C-Cyrus." She whimpers the moment she felt the emptiness in her lower body so the pure blood alpha immediately closes the gap to their lips to reassure his mate that he's not going anywhere.

The two shared a long breathtaking kiss before the older finally pulled away.

Since Aria was still coming down from her heat, she leaned close to the alpha again.

Every part of being with her alpha mate makes her feel secure and happier than she could ever have imagined.

She loves how Cyrus is both rough and soft when it comes to love making.

The omega continues the lazy kisses with her mate. It makes her feel so warm and loved

They stay like that, just slowly moving their lips and tongues together until the cum between them starts to get sticky and a little bit uncomfortable.

Cyrus knows how Aria hates the feeling of drying cum on her skin so he presses another kiss to his omega's lips before he pulls away and gets up to get a clean cloth and warm water from the bathroom inside their room.

He returns to their bed and starts to clean his mate.

Aria almost melts in contentment, her eyes slowly closing.

Cyrus is so careful as he moves the wet cloth over her pliant body, kissing her gently every time he reaches the part with his l love marks.

When he was done and about to move so he could clean himself too, Aria grabs his hand.

"Cyrus, where are you going?" asked the sleepy Omega.

Cyrus smiles fondly at her as he gently puts down the basin of water on the floor so he could hold his mate again.

"I'm just going to clean myself up Ria, I'll be really quick baby." he replied, the endearment he used to call his mate slipping so naturally.

Aria pouts as she shakes her head.

"NO...c'mere Rus."

Cyrus bites his lower lip to stop himself from smiling so wide.

He loves it.

He loves how his mate doesn't want him to let go of her.

He loves the idea that his omega feels the same as when they were still together.

He could still vividly remember how  clingy Aria could get whenever they made love when they were newly mated so he just let her pull him back in their bed.

"Okay then, let me at least wipe your s--"

Cyrus wasn't able to complete his sentence; his omega curled herself on his side, wrapping her arm around his slick filled torso.

"Let's clean up tomorrow Rus. Wanna sleep now." Aria murmurs as she buries her face on her alpha's chest.

The pure blood alpha nods even when he knows the omega won't see it.

He also wraps his arms around his mate making sure Aria’s body is properly covered with the blanket he managed to pull out a while ago when he went to the bathroom.

That night, Cryrus and Aria’s marks glow in the dark for their wolves know that they're finally back in each other's arms.

Meanwhile back in the City, Alex Perez kept  pacing back and forth.

She just learned that Cyrus left the mansion with his daughter again.

She knows that the pure blood alpha does this  once in a while but knowing that Aria is back, makes her a little anxious.

The fact that Cyrus also took Felicia with them doesn't sit right with her so she decided to dial the Carter’s security again just to get more details.

"Mr. Tim, are they back yet?" She asks with her fake sweet voice.

"I'm sorry Miss. Perez but they haven't come back home yet.

Also, Mr. Ross called for security a while ago. I guess Mr. Carter jr would not be back home any time soon." the head of security replied without knowing that he was  already giving out information to the same person whom Cryus trying to guard his daughter from.

"Oh, is that so? How many of them went to guard them Mr. Tim? Please let me know so I can send more of my father's men just to make sure Cyrie and little Kiana are safe. Did they go to Cali? or did they just stay at their old house?" Alex asked, her eyes  flashing red due of the thought of them going to Cyrus and Aria’s old love nest.

"No Miss. Perez, they didn't go there. Mr. Ross didn't ask for more back up but they went to Mr. Carter he’s penthouse in the city.

I could send you the address so you can check on them if you want." He volunteered since he had no idea that he is putting Kiana and Felicia’s lives into danger.

Alex’s eyes sparkled evilly the moment she heard those words.

She didn’t even know that Cyrus had his own penthouse because the pure blood alpha never shared it with her.

Her assumptions that Cyrus might really be hiding something from her becomes bigger by the minute.

"Sure Mr. Tim, please send the address to me. I might pay little Kiana a visit. There must be a reason why I couldn't fall asleep tonight after all" Alex convinced the head of security before she ended the call.

She only waited a few seconds before her phone pinger, a message received from Mr. Tim.

"Let's see what are you hiding from me, Cyrus." She whispered to himself before she called her father's personal security guards to accompany her to Cyrus’s penthouse.

Felicia used to sleep in her own room at Cyrus’s penthouse. The younger Carter was kind enough to make sure that she has her own space there because he knows that Felicia is one of the few people who genuinely cares for his daughter.

But for an unknown reason, the older lady decided to sleep in Kiana’s room that evening. At first, she was thinking that it's because of the two alpha security guards sent by Dylan Ross but then the two security guards decided to stay in the lobby of the building  she's sure that her rapidly beating heart is just overreacting because of the events that she just witnessed today.

"I'm just probably overly excited for your Mama and Papa to finally make up and be together again, that's why I can’t sleep." she murmurs while watching little Kiana sleeping peacefully in her princess bed.

"Yeah, that's probably me just being happy for them." Felicia mumbles again until she hears the doorbell ring.

The old woman have been watching a lot of telenovela dramas to know that no one with  good intentions will visit you in the middle of the night.

She quickly dials Jungkook's number but

the pure blood alpha left his phone in their living room and he's currently trapped between Aria’s limbs so he wasn't able to hear his phone ring.

Felicia eyes the clock on the wall and sees that it's 2 in the morning so whoever is outside is probably unwanted because their security guards already informed her that they'll stay outside.

She's also certain that it's not Cyrus because her boss would never need to use the doorbell since he obviously knows the code.

The older omega's eyes snap at Kiana’s direction on the second bell.

She uttered a silent prayer before she quickly moved. She grabs the scent blocker and pours it all over Luna's body since she couldn't wake the child to drink it before picking her up carefully.

Felicia knows she isn't allowed inside the master's bedroom but she prayed that it's open so she could lock Kiana inside.

Her heart was pounding so hard when she heard the third ring with the banging of the door.

Thankfully, the door of Jungkook's bedroom is open. But since she really wants to make sure whoever the unwanted visitor is won't find Kiana, she grabs a blanket from Cyrus’s bed and goes inside the bathroom.

She puts the blanket on the bathtub before she places Kiana inside whispering prayers of protection for the little girl who is oblivious to everything that's happening around her.

When Felicia was done making sure that Kiana was comfortable inside the tub, she also turns on the water on the faucet sink so Kiana won't freeze in the tub.

The old woman left a peck on the child's forehead before she finally left the room.

She locks the door from the inside so no matter what happens no one could open it except Cyrus.

She continues to dial her boss' number but to no avail, the pure blood alpha isn't answering.

She's about to open the door when she remembers the other pure blood alpha who left his number to her that day.

She immediately types a short message and sends it to the alpha hoping that he reads fast  can before she purposely messes up her hair.

(Her message: SOMEONE'S BANGING THE DOOR. HELP!)

The old woman took a deep breath before she finally opened the door.

Healing My Seven Broken Beast Mates Novel Cover
9.4
My retirement was finally approved, and I was supposed to be sipping drinks on a sunny beach. Instead, a cold system voice forced me into a nightmare scenario: "Cursed Mates Who Want Me Dead." I woke up in a stinking cave, trapped in the body of a psychopathic tribal princess. The memories that flooded my brain made me sick. The original owner of this body had forcibly marked seven of the continent's most powerful beast-men and reduced them to tortured pets. She had ripped the shimmering scales off Jordi the Merfolk prince, gouged out a proud wolf-man's power crystal, and snapped an eagle-man's magnificent wings. Now, Jordi was a mutilated, terrified mess hiding in a corner. He was so traumatized that he tried to slit his own throat just to escape me. His sister was actively trying to assassinate me. To make matters worse, the system warned me that if I didn't heal these seven ticking time bombs, my soul would be erased. Yet the future timeline clearly showed that these men would eventually unite, burn my tribe to the ground, and dismember me alive. I was paying for a monster's sins. Every time I tried to show mercy, they thought it was a sick new torture method. Words were useless, and my very presence was a trigger. But I am a Tier-S operative, and I don't play the victim. I forced the system to unlock my powers and strapped on my tactical gear. "Stay here and don't starve." I left the trembling Merfolk behind and walked into the deadly primitive forest, heading straight for the powerful Oasis Tribe to take back his stolen scales by force.

Ninety-Nine Times, Then No More Novel Cover
7.3
This was the ninety-ninth time I caught my husband, Chase Vargas, with another woman in our five-year marriage. I stood in the hotel doorway, numb, tired of the cheap perfume and his cold, familiar eyes. But this time, his mistress, a blonde woman, hissed, "He told me all about you. The pathetic wife he's stuck with because of some business deal. He said he can't stand the sight of you." Her words, meant to hurt, were things I already knew, things Chase had made sure I understood. Still, hearing them from a stranger felt like a new humiliation. She lunged, scratching my face, drawing blood. The sting was a surprising jolt in my numb world. I wrote her a check, a routine part of this pathetic scene. Then my phone rang. It was Chase, calling from across the room. "What are you doing? Are you making a scene? Clean it up and get out. You're embarrassing." He thought I had orchestrated this, that I was the embarrassing one. The betrayal was casual, complete. "I'm tired, Chase," I said, the words finally coming from a place I thought had died. "I want a divorce." He laughed, a cruel sound. "A divorce? Elena, don't be ridiculous. You love me too much to ever leave me." I hung up. He then handed me a signed divorce agreement, telling me his true love, June, my adopted sister, was back. He wanted me to play the dutiful wife for her welcome-home concert. My heart, which I thought had turned to stone, felt a final, crushing blow. He wasn't divorcing me because I wanted it. He was divorcing me for her. I signed the papers. The ninety-ninth time was the last time he would do this to me.
